As part of the project, the team of the Center for Support of Youth Initiatives attended 12 trainings:

 - Conducting training on the legal basis of volunteering.
- Volunteer Attraction Wheel. Analysis of the wheel sector "Activity and team in the Center for the Development of Youth Initiatives of the Charity Foundation", 
- Volunteering in the Center: who are volunteers for us and their role in the Center. Finding the need for volunteers and the influence that volunteers exert through their activities;
- Pyramid of attracting volunteers in the Center: understanding of different levels of volunteering and what motivates volunteers for long-term volunteering.
- The path of the volunteer in the Center, the role of volunteers and the system of volunteer training. Motivational environment and principles of interaction with volunteers.
- Training. Motivational environment and principles of the interaction of the Charity Foundation with volunteers.
- Training. Writing an effective announcement to attract volunteers and planning the first introductory training for volunteers.
- Training. Skills needed to attract volunteers. Simulation of different situations. Finalization of the Volunteer Program for CID.
- Training. Different techniques for working with a group of volunteers: for planning the work of volunteers, transferring different knowledge and competencies and providing feedback.
- Training. Strategy for the development of the volunteer program for 2021-2023 and the operational plan for its implementation for 2021.
Main results:
- Gaining knowledge and acquiring new skills in basic knowledge of volunteering management.
- The volunteer program is developed (the purpose and tasks are formed in it, the most productive tools of attraction of volunteers are allocated;
- The operational plan of volunteering for 2021-2022 is developed;
- The action plan for 2021-2022 has been created;
- 65 volunteers have a positive experience in implementing initiatives to solve social problems;
